Linden honey

Beneficial properties: An essential remedy for cold and flu, recovers normal function of digestive tract organs, is used in treatment and prophylaxis of nervous disorders, is beneficial for the immunity; improves heart and vascular functions.

Active ingredients: Contains a large amount of glucose, amino acids, proteins, vitamins E, PP.


Color: Light, translucent with light yellow or slightly amber tone. Crystallized honey has medium fine or greasy crystallization, of light yellow or white color.

Flavor: Sweet, recognizable, sometimes with a bitterness, but it passes quickly and is absent in the aftertaste.

Scent: Light scent of blooming linden.

Linden honey is the signature and special pride of the Russian bee farming. This honey is number one in Russia, where it is truly loved and popular. Amazing, but true: in spite of the abundance of lindens in our country and despite the fact that almost every bee keeper considers it their duty to produce linden honey, the demand in this product always exceeds supply. There are just too many lovers of linden honey, with its delicate flavor, light amber color and exquisite, refined scent. No matter how generous blooming lindens are, there is never enough linden honey to fully satisfy all those who are interested in it.

Unpasteurized

Thanks to minimal heat treatment, we preserve amino acids and enzymes in honey, therefore the product has a higher content of nutrients.

Pure

Each batch of honey that goes into production undergoes laboratory tests for 28 indicators. Our honey is free of antibiotics and other pollutants. 

Natural and monofloral

We do not use additives or flavors to give honey its attractive characteristics. All honey has confirmation of its monoflorism.

A bee keeper should make it easier for bee families to access plentiful blooming melliferous plants and precisely determine the moment when honey is fully ripe and ready for extraction.

It requires great efforts and knowledge. Each bee keeper finds themselves facing a choice which methods to use – those making it possible to harvest maximum honey of a lower quality with minimum efforts or those that will allow to collect honey of a perfect quality in spite of using more labor-intensive processes. We only work with bee keepers, who, when making a choice, listen to the voice of conscience.

Honey harvest

Our bee keepers harvest honey at pure fields and meadows that were never exposed to chemical treatment, nor affected by loud motor roads and industrial plants. For prophylaxis and treatment of bees’ illnesses they use only natural technologies that are safe for the health of insects and for the environment. As a result, you get honey without traces of antibiotics, metabolites, nitrofurans and other unacceptable components.

Our honey is not thermally processed. This means that in the process of production, the honey is heated till the hive temperature of 38°C. This minimal processing technology does not destruct amino acids and ferments in our honey, which allows our honey to have:

Higher percentage of nutrients
Keeps natural honey ferments that help the digestion
Retains amino acids that have a positive effect on our body in general
Natural crystallization that the thermally processed honey cannot have
